After trying for several hours to unclog the toilet in the bathroom, using Drano in two different plungers from Home Depot, I was unsuccessful. Once the frustration sit in, I googled a plumber in the area. The great part about it is they had their phone number listed I called and the plumber picked up by the third ring was very polite informative and arrive within 20 minutes. He took all the necessary steps to make sure that our toilet was back fully functioning. He was extremely clean, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
